RMA Request
All requests for RMA shall be processed and handled pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement between Solar and Buyer.
Completion of this RMA request is not an authorization to return any product. It is used only as a request to obtain an authorized RMA number. An authorized RMA number must be issued prior to returning any products back to Solar.
RMA numbers are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date issued. RMA numbers are issued by Solar for inspection purposes only, in order to evaluate whether the product was purchased from Solar and covered under the warranty policy and period.
All product received by Solar shall be inspected, tested, and processed contingent upon the test results. Solar, in its sole discretion, shall repair, replace or issue credit for the returned product.
